Dear SCYC Members,
This note is to thank the SCYC team behind the organisation and delivery of the 2011 Dragon Class Northern Championship and Edinburgh Cup.
The sponsors Aberdeen Asset Management & Supporters GJW Direct & Gwynedd Council have been thanked.
But the people who really made it happen, in no particular order were;
• Mandy Gibson & Ruthie Harral who chaired the organisation of the whole event.
• Dee Hancox & Susie Hoesli who organised all the shore side hospitality.
• Sarah Davies & Pat Kearns for the Wednesday evening Champagne Reception.
• David Smith & Angharad for their fabulous food throughout the week
• Adam & team running the club bar.
• Chris Thomas for organising the launch & retrieve at Hafan Pwllheli.
• Barry McGill & Tim Little & team as race officers.
• Arthur Jones as SCYC Bosun, organising waterside safety, launch service

The club has received numerous letters of praise and thanks – the British & International Dragon Association felt the SCYC hosted event was the best Edinburgh Cup week they had experienced for many a fine year.........well played everyone!
