Class 4 – Seabird Half Rater

Every boat racing in this class must carry at least TWO persons, and NOT MORE THAN FOUR adults. Efficient buoyancy must be worn at all times when racing. Appropriate flares & reefing lines & racing certificate in accord with the Seabird Association Safety Rules for boats & crews. Rule 44.1 is amended so that no boat needs to do more than one turn.
