Abersoch and the surrounding area of Cardigan Bay must be one of the most underestimated sailing areas in the country. Forget the hustle and bustle of crowded marinas, shipping lanes, polluted water. Come and join us in a sailing venue that must rate amongst the best in the UK. How many venues can you think of that offer pristine water teeming with wildlife. Mackerel caught at first light then BBQ'd for breakfast. Dolphins (no really!) escorting boats to their moorings and a sunrise that equals any, anywhere. Don't believe us? Come see for yourselves.

All manner of sailing happens here, from a simple plod to the islands to some of the most competitive National, European or World championships. Cardigan Bay was proposed as the sailing venue for the Manchester Olympic bid a few years back.
